Bruised were my knees when I learned to drive the bike,
Sun scorched my face when I went to surf and hike.
I adore these marks of life. I have not lived enough.
Receiving a heart shaped cappuccino on Valentine’s day,
Calling my pieces of heart to say ‘I love you’ every day.
I just can’t get enough of these people. I have not loved enough.
Smiles on a free ice-cream as if it’s sweeter than the one bought out,
Giggles on receiving a surprise I already knew about.
I can do with more smile lines on my face. I have not smiled enough.
Gold of the sun in the morning, silver of the moon at night.
Pinks of the cute babies and blushes of a couple kissing in open sight.
There are more colors than the ones in rainbow. I have not seen enough.
One more second. One more minute. One more hour. And one more day.
More than I can see. More than I can feel. More than I can ever say.
I am blessed for what I have. And yet I can never want more enough.
